Ingo Liefner，华东师大智库兼职研究员，德国吉森大学经济地理研究所教授，自然科学学院副院长。主持过多个德国国家项目，发表过40余篇学术论文，出版著作7部。主要研究领域为：经济地理学理论及应用；技术变革、创新和高等教育；区域创新系统。主要研究的地域为中国、东南亚和德国。Ingo Liefner教授是我校多年的合作伙伴，合作开展了有关中国长三角城市群合作网络的多个研究项目，也多次共同组织国际会议，定期到校为博、硕士研究生授课。
